I met Stephanie and Casey a little over a year before their wedding. They had found me through searching online and when we first met up I could tell we were going to be a great fit! A few months later I met up with them around the corner from where Steph’s parents live in Beacon Hill where we shot their engagement photos (coming in a future post) and they were extremely easy to photograph, and clearly very in love.
Stephanie & Casey’s Harvard Club Commonwealth Avenue Wedding started with the girls getting ready before I showed up at the Church of the Advent the morning of May 4th after a fun night at the New England Aquarium for their rehearsal dinner. The guys showed up shortly thereafter where they had a beautiful wedding with full mass. After the ceremony we took the Bride & Groom around the area outside of the church as the sun was coming down and we were able to bring a lot of Beacon Hill into the photographs. We then headed over to the Harvard Club on Commonwealth Avenue near Kenmore Square in Boston where the reception was held. They have an incredible space at the Harvard Club and Boston Event Lighting came in and accented the room with a ton of beautiful lights as well as a large monogram on the center of the dance-floor, it looked amazing! They also booked one of my favorite bands to work with, Kahootz, who rocked the party and kept people dancing all night long. This was one of my first weddings of this season and it still stands out as one of my favorite of the year, thanks Steph and Casey!
